How do subscriptions work?

Products are automatically delivered on/during/after the first week of every month. No obligations; modify or cancel your subscription anytime.

How does billing work for my subscription?

Upon joining, your credit or debit card will immediately be charged $15 (+$3 for handling and shipping).

You'll be charged $18 on the 1^st of each month thereafter and will begin receiving your awesome tees!

You must sign up before the 25th to receive the following months T-shirt of the Month, e.g. sign up by 06/25 to receive the July t-shirt. 

How do I manage my subscription?

If you need to update any information on your subscription including your t-shirt size, shipping address, or skipping a month, you can do so within your account on our website portal at https://hulaislife.chargebeeportal.com/ . You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing our team at support@hulaislife.co

Note: If you need to make changes to your account, please make the change at least 2 days prior our cut off date (every 25th of the month).

Can I cancel at anytime?

No need to stress. You can cancel, even though we will miss you. You must cancel before the 1st of every month after receiving your last shirt. Please email us to cancel your subscription.

How do I know my size?

International subscriptions?
We apologize. We currently do not ship outside US for our subscriptions. Mahalo for your understanding.

What kind of fabric do you use?
We use a premium poly-cotton blend that gives you the best of both worlds: a  soft shirt that is breathable, doesn't shrink, and lasts longer than 100% cotton tees.

How do I take care of my shirt?
Machine wash warm, inside out, with like colors. Only non-cholorine bleach. Tumble dry low. Medium iron. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
