How do I order online?

1. Go to hulaislife.co, browse through our items, and click on the photos of the items you would like to purchase.
2. Select from variant color and/or size and enter quantity.
3. Click "Add to Cart".
4. Not yet done? Got your eye on another item? Click continue shopping to add more items to your cart.
5. When you are ready to complete your order, click "Proceed to Checkout".
6. Fill in fields with your contact and shipping information.
7. Choose your payment option
8. Click "Complete my purchase".
9. Wait for an email containing your sales invoice and/or payment instructions.

Do I need to set up an account to be able to place an order?
        Not necessarily, but you know what’s the best thing about signing up for an account? The next time you order will be absolutely STRESS-FREE! No more typing in your full address and details every time you shop. Setting up an account is easy—promise, you won’t regret it.

Do you accept international orders?
       Absolutely! We love welcoming new global advocates! We ship worldwide either via USPS or UPS.

How can I check the status of my order?

        We know you can’t wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once label is created and dropped off at the post office.

What delivery options do you offer?

       We currently offer standard shipping at $7. Complimentary shipping is applied to orders over $50

        Product sizing varies between different brands and styles we

use. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of the website. Click "Size Chart" to view all the sizing information

How do I return/exchange my order?

         If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once we receive your item(s) we will process your exchange and ship your exchange for free.
